Please follow the below steps to return the merchandise

1. Obtain Return Authorization Code

Please call our toll-free at 877-325-3777 to obtain Return Authorization Code or email us right way regarding the return and we will email you the Return Authorization Code. The code will be good till 7 business days within 30 days of return period of time.

2. Return Package

The package should include original documentation and original packaging as was sent to you. Any package received will be scanned to ensure the contents inside the package and are in original conditions. Please do not indicate the contents on the package outside the package for security and safety.

3. Shipping Return

The package should be returned to our registered address only. We will not be held responsible for lost package, if sent to different address other then official address. We will not be responsible for damage packages and reserve the right to refuse to accept the return package.

4. Tracking Information

You must have tracking information from the shipping company with signature required and insurance. We will not be responsible for lost package if the package left at door without signature.
